I founded Intact Safety Alliance after more than ten years working in health and safety and repeatedly seeing good companies suffer preventable setbacks. Injuries, rising claims, failed audits, and increased WorkSafe scrutiny were not happening because owners did not care. They were happening because expectations were not aligned from ownership to the field.

Most businesses want to operate safely. What they often lack is structure, clarity, and consistent reinforcement. When that gap exists, it leads to incidents, lost time, regulatory involvement, and increased claim costs that directly affect WCB premiums and eligibility for incentive programs.

My role is to close that gap.

I work directly with business owners to build and implement safety systems that are not only compliant, but defensible and measurable. Proper documentation, consistent supervision, clear expectations, and active monitoring are what allow a company to demonstrate due diligence, qualify for COR recognition, strengthen audit outcomes, and position themselves for reduced premium rates and incentive eligibility.

This is not about creating binders. It is about building operational systems that reduce claims, protect leadership from liability, and support the financial health of the business.
