Our Consulting Approach

TIER I
Safety Foundation and Culture Build
-6 months engagement
This tier is for businesses that need structure, clarity, and consistency.
The first two months focus on building the safety framework, policies, procedures, hazard assessments, and expectations that meet regulatory requirements and reflect how the business actually operates.
The following four months focus on implementation, education, and culture change. This includes working directly with leadership and crews to roll out the program, reinforce expectations, improve communication, and correct gaps before they become incidents.
This tier includes a one year follow up to ensure the system remains effective, expectations are still being followed, and the company stays protected as operations evolve.
Best suited for companies that need to reset or formalize their safety systems and want long term results, not a binder on a shelf.
TIER II
Ongoing Safety Management and COR Readiness
-Monthly engagement
This tier is designed for businesses that already have a safety program but need consistent oversight and support.
Monthly visits focus on monitoring the current program, identifying gaps, reinforcing expectations in the field, and ensuring systems are being followed properly. This tier also supports COR preparation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement with the goal of reducing incident rates, WorkSafeBC claims, and insurance premiums.
Best suited for companies looking to maintain compliance, prepare for COR certification, and protect their business as they grow.
TIER III
Incident Response, Due Diligence, and Risk Protection
-On call or retained support
This tier is about protecting the business when things go wrong, or before they do.
Tier 3 focuses on incident response support, investigations, documentation, corrective action planning, and due diligence preparation. It is designed to help owners respond properly to incidents, WorkSafeBC involvement, or enforcement action, while minimizing legal and financial exposure.
This tier also includes high risk activity support, critical task reviews, and leadership guidance during complex or sensitive situations.
Best suited for companies that want expert support during incidents, inspections, or high risk operations, and want confidence that their response is defensible and aligned with regulatory expectations.
